User Codes
User Codes:
The system will hold 32 different user codes.
- User #01 - is reserved for the installing company
- User #02 - is the "master" code (your code)
- User #03 to #31 - is available for additional people
- User #32 - is the "duress" or hold-up code
To change the master code:
- Enter 4 digit master code
- Hit the "code" button (8 key)
- Hit user number to change (02)
- Enter the new master code twice
- The keypad should beep 1 extra time at the end to let you know you have successfully changed the master code.
- Try the new code right away
- Try the old code to make sure it is out of the system.
to change or add additional codes:
- Enter master code
- Hit the "code" button (8 key)
- Enter user number (03 - 31)
- Enter the 4 digit code
- The keypad should beep 1 extra time after you enter the ew code to let you know you have successfully added / changed the code.
- Try the new code right away
to delete a user code:
- Enter master code
- Hit the "code" button (8 key)
- Enter user number to be deleted (03 - 31)
- Enter # 0 (zero)
- The keypad should beep at the end of the sequence to let you know the code is deleted.
- Try the code to make sure it is out of the system.
